Program Objectives & Outline

The 7 strategies taught in this program are designed to help participants build a solid foundation for their mindfulness practice, and to make it a sustainable habit that sticks. These strategies may include techniques such as breath awareness, body scanning, mindful movement, and meditation, among others. By incorporating these strategies into their daily routines, participants can learn to cultivate a more mindful way of living, leading to greater self-awareness, resilience, and overall quality of life.
